well, SC-exhausts seem to be quite popular on this board.
nevertheless, some people are not very happy about your customer care and service.

Obviously you're the first manufacturer, who found the way to our forum. Although I don't own a SC exhaust I like the idea of providing a direct contact via this forum. Thumbs up!

Sorry but I wrote you a few e-mails in the last eight month, but I never got a reply from you. I also tried to remember to my e-mail but I never got an answer.

I thougt you have real big problem with your service.

A tip for you: Put an installation guide with fotos to every order, that would be very helpful for some people.

I orded an Exhaust as well for my motorbike. I wrote an couple of emails 'cause I have some Probs with the Installation.
Results: No helping hands, no answers...nothing.

So please create installation Instructions and a packing list for your customers.

We apologize for the problems that occurred, however, assembly is simple, absolutely simple for this bike, F 800 R, a bike with a simple exhaust. What problems have you encountered?

Dear SC-Project,
problem is simple: The customer "absolut_timmay" needs a packing list to verify completeness of delivery and an assembly instruction/mounting guidelines/fixing instruction (= Einbauanleitung/istruzione di montaggio).
Maybe he also needs an ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis/ general operating licence ) for the exhaust to be used on his bike.

You are right.
Assembly is easy, but only if you send all the parts that should be includet.
In my case a spacer was missing. I sent you several e mails with fotos and all to explain my problem.
After some exchanged e mails (including questions for partlist) you just didn answer.
In fact the exhaust could not be mountet. I had to get the missing part by myself, because you simply chose to not reply anymore.

When I gave you a neutral recommendation on ebay (i should have picked a negativ one better) you wrote:

"You have to remove the negative/neutral feedback on ebay, your mail is too big.
If you remove we send you other pictures. Kind regards"

What the hell?
Blackmailing the customer?
If you helped me before, I wouldn have recommendated you badly.

It is no wonder, that Italy has problems with his economy by such a service.

Read your message and write me, but with this service nobody should buy an SC Project exhaust.

P.S.: Für alle anderen auf Deutsch: Kauft da nicht, der Service ist unter aller Sau. AUf 5 mails gab es keine ANtwort, obwohl sie um persönliche Kontaktaufnahme gebeten hatten. Meine Lieferung war unvollständig, aber machen tun die nichts.
